The baby product brand that the client owns already had an online presence and was working just fine. However, the site was not cooperative in terms of conversions and driving loyal customers. Hence, the client’s primary need was to build something that could help them achieve the milestone of an increasing number of regular customers.

Challenges
Building a website from scratch differs from working on an existing platform to improve its core functionality. We had to come up with unique and engaging home page and product detail pages that appeal and simplify for customers to find the right product and customize subscription packages as per their needs.
Furthermore, developing a subscription page that allows end customers to quickly adjust the number of packages and weeks they want to receive the product was a hard nut to crack.
