Overview
Kairos is a leadership assessment platform helping organizations measure and develop leadership capability across their teams. The director of learning came to techtic with a clear vision but initial skepticism about execution. After proving our capabilities through a proof of concept, we built the platform in phases starting with Clarity Assessment, followed by Insights and Pathways creating a secure, comprehensive leadership development platform with intelligent dashboards and actionable assessments.

Outcome
